FOXCOVER FARM, MIDDLE HERRINGTON, SUNDERLAND

Client; Lambtons Estate

Contract period; 30 weeks                  Start: November 2013 – June 2014

Contract Value; £380,000

This project involved the construction of a new farm steading on a greenfield site. The property and detached garage were constructed using traditional materials with a sympathetic design. The contract included all works including hand built kitchen, luxury bathrooms and external landscaping works.

EXTENSION, WYLAM, NORTHUMBERLAND

Contract period; 10 weeks                  Start: April 2014 – August 2014

This project involved a single storey extension to a bungalow in Wylam Northumberland. The extension provided an additional dining area, utility room and cloakroom as well as a modern kitchen within the existing part of the property; external works included the provision of an terraced area using natural stone paving. The split level design of the property was a necessity due to planning restrictions but with the addition of a bespoke oak staircase and glazed balustrade, it provided quite a contemporary design feature.

Derwent View Cottage Rebuild

A complete rebuild replacing what was a wooden structure with this high quality, energy efficient cottage at Eddisbridge Farm in Edmunbyers, Northumberland.

New Build House, Hexham Northumberland

New build house, Hexham Northumberland, here we were commissioned to build a new build dwelling on a large garden plot within a prestigious area of  Hexham, the clients design was in-keeping with the other local properties within the area and included timber Georgian windows, a modern thin coat render system, antique style roof tiles and a large traditional lead roll roof. on the internal the property was tastefully finished with modern bathrooms and wet room en-suites, hand built furniture, an Oak stair case with tiles and oak flooring to the ground floor.

Externally there was a traditional detached garage /car port that was constructed of a green oak frame with Western Red Cedar cladding, all external lanscaping was also carried out by ourselves, this project was completed in early spring 2017

First floor Extension, Newcastle Upon Tyne

First floor extension to create a contemporary en-suite shower room, Fully tiled and fitted out with high quality sanitary fittings, completed in Autumn 2017

Listed building conversion in Northumberland

Conversion of a grade 11 listed coach house to form a modern living space including contemporay kitchen, utility Room, Boot room and shower room. Externally the patio areas were laid using reclaimed york stone paving.
